FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

QUESTION: HOW DO I CREATE AND SEND A CRUNCHYWORLD CARD?
ANSWER: JUST CHOOSE A CATEGORY, PICK A CARD, FILL IT OUT AND HIT SEND, AS DESCRIBED BELOW.

• STEP 1: CHOOSE A CATEGORY
  Choose a Crunchyworld category by clicking on the appropriate word in the left column (e.g., Birth, Travel, Work etc.) to display a set of cards.
• STEP 2: PICK A CARD
  For each category, Crunchyworld will present you with many different cards. Use the scroll bar on the right to see more cards when there are more cards that can fit on one screen. Then, select the card you that would like to send by clicking on the image or on the text below it.
• STEP 3: FILL OUT AND SEND
  Fill out a Crunchyworld card by entering the recipient's e-mail address in the "To" frame (e.g. myfriend @ yahoo.com). Enter your e-mail address in the "From" frame (e.g. yourname@aol.com). Feel free to make the card more personal by entering your own message in the space provided for a "Message." Remember to click in each field in order to add text to it. After entering both the recipient's e-mail address and your e-mail address, as well as any message you would like to add, simply click "Send Card."

QUESTION: HOW DO I VIEW A CRUNCHYWORLD CARD THAT HAS BEEN SENT ME?
ANSWER: Click on the address of the Crunchyworld card that you received in the notification that was e-mailed to you (the address should be highlighted so that you can find it easily). That should bring you right to your Crunchyworld card. If that does not work, copy and paste the Crunchyworld card address into the window located at the top of your web-browser. If that also does not work, you may need to enter the entire Crunchyworld card address into the window located at the top of your web browser.

QUESTION: ARE CRUNCHYWORLD CARDS FATTENING?
ANSWER: THE SURGEON GENERAL HAS DETERMINED THAT EVEN EXCESSIVE USE OF CRUNCHYWORLD WILL NOT LEAD TO NOTICEABLE WEIGHT GAIN. NEVERTHELESS, CONSUMERS OF CRUNCHYWORLD HAVE REPORTED ALARMING INCREASES IN SMILING, GIGGLING, AND OUTBREAKS OF LAUGHTER.
